@k s they are reviewing the documents submitted on June/16 and after .. most of the time it takes 2-3 weeks to hear back from them

we got aproved by uscis on may 11 and still nothing from NVC(

@k s yeah i got response in 15 days when i submitted documents then got rfe then it took 17 days because there was 2 holidays they wasnt open so thats why it took 17 and not 15

@gio per oh i requested information and all they said is that - we recently received your case from uscis , your case is waiting data entry in oue sistem . thats it , got the same response twice

@Gabriela Godines PD is April 1, 2022. I first submitted to NVC on May 29th. they reviewed and accepted all documents on June 13th but still sent me a RFE for a different I-864. they said I didn’t meet income requirements but I did . So I submitted RFE on June 13 and now still waiting .

@gio per lo hice porque el 21 de junio recibí un email we have taking an action on your case, pero nada cambió ese día todo sigue igual, revise la sección de documentos y no cambió nada, chat con un agente y me dijo q mi caso de estaba procesando normal y que lo más pronto que podía hacer una consulta era julio del 2027, si leíste bien😂 2027
