check your mail whether NVC said anything on informing you of interview date. also check to see if I have another msg from ceac which says documentary qualified

@Rene, thanks too. Belinda, I got the email and it says I should go to my CEAC and check the messages and so that is what they wanted me to do,- to get a joint sponsor.

@Ruth did they just ask you to get a joint sponsor or they also DQ’d your application? If they did DQ then you don’t need to submit anything else. I also received the same FE note from them with a DQ. Note that they use the word MAY and not SHOULD. It also states that the decision on the requirement (here i assume if the joint sponsor is needed at all) will be made by the consular officer. So, I believe this determination would be done during the interview.

@il Mo yes please. the above is exactly what they said but there were no DQ. that’s the difference. I don’t know but when my husband checked his income requirements, they were way way above the minimum income requirements so I don’t know. I will just do what they ask me since that’s the only thing they ask me for. just waiting for another 70 days is sad.

yes. it is not going to change your date. You will only see the date you responded to the RFE updated

@ N RL. I submitted My three sons under 21 NVC docs on the 27/07/2022. Now NVC is reviewing docs sent to them on the 28th July now. what about my sons docs on the 27th, have they forgotten them. ?

@N RL. Finally Got message from NVC 29 Sept yesterday . They ask again for petition prior divorce doc and marriage cert. Why don’t they ask all what they are looking for, for once. They have accepted every doc I sent earlier but kept asking for more. I quickly send it with an hour for them. Now I have to wait again for two months again. It’s so depressing.
