Does this mean I will receive a letter from NVC soon, if yes is there an estimate? also how fast is the NVC processing. I miss my wife so much

-As of 11-Sep-23, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 30-Aug-23.
-As of yesterday, September 18, they were reviewing documents submitted on September 8th.
thats for the document reviewing but to receive a letter it could possibly take up to 3 months, however mine came after 10 or 11 days i cant remember
