@Moe Moe submitted to nvc? If all docs are in order, should get DQ (documentarily qualified). My hope is you get approved or have a response by tomorrow or Wednesday.

Second message: This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos. The consular officer will make a decision regarding this requirement at the time of the interview. For more information, please visit https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. Actually my income for 2022 almost 35k And I filled the taxes for 2022 I have permanent residence (green card ) Please I need help Thanks a lot

@Moe Moe so they reviewed your case. Look like you need to file additional support and resubmit.

I am already submitted the additional support I submit the 2020 and 2021 and 2022 taxes But they say that what I sent it to you !! Do you think I need joint sponsor!?

@Moe Moe did you meet minimum income requirements? If not you need a joint sponsor.

Also the request says evidence of income. Did you send w2s?

@Gabe Avera .. yes I sent the W2 .. the weird thing that I made 35k in 2022 .. my lawyer told me you should be fine..you don’t need a joint sponsor because the minimum income requirement 24-30k

What is household size? 4 or less? If so then you are right, should be fine w/o sponsor.

Just reading what you posted. You might need a current pay stub or letter showing you are employed.

You submitted joint sponsor documents March 2 to nvc? If so add about 18 days, so March 20 then they should review to approve or rfe. If approved nvc transfers information to embassy where interview takes place. That time line is dependent on the embassy.

I hope everything is fine with you .. actually I got ‘ documentarily qualified ‘ from NVC on April 25th 2023 But until this moment, they do not schedule an interview for my wife at the American embassy in Jerusalem. Will they schedule an interview for her this month or next?
