Follow the steps on your welcome letter, -log into CEAC -pay your fees -submit all docs civil and financial (make sure your press submit, also make sure you sign and date with wet ink) -NVC will review your documents and send you an email stating you are either documentarily qualified or some documents needs to be added or replaced. -As soon as you get that DQ email, you should be in line to get an interview letter based on availability. hope this helps a little
