i think nobody knows that , right nor there are like 8 people who are waiting for a response or any information since january. It is something between 3 and 9 weeks.

you don’t have to submit anything while waiting for your welcome letter, I’m also still waiting. it’s taking a while for many people here😕

@Neri Sison No worries! it varies but it’s usually a week or so to receive the welcome letter. In the meantime, I would just read up on what additional documents you’ll need for this next step :)

no you don’t have to do anything right now, what’s highly recommended though is to gather as many documents together required for the future (example: police records, making sure you have the vaccinations you need,..) it’s not necessary just yet, but that’s recommended. look up what is gonna be required for your case just so you don’t have to do everything at the same time right before your interview. other than that, there’s nothing required for you to do or submit right now. good luck, and hopefully we get that letter asap🙏🏼. i’ve been waiting like 18 days now since they sent our case.. :(

I just asked the new Lawfully AI about the processing time. it says everything depends etc but they said “NVC aims to send the welcome letter within 6-8 weeks after they receive the approved petition from uscis” they also say I could contact nvc already for more information but I personally wanna wait at least 30 days, which is what they ask you to give them on the letter uscis sent

some ppl have to ask for the letter recently. idk why but they get it after asking them to resend. maybe email is wrong or junk email box
