I would like to ask you something please if you have any idea : 1- what is the time limit to fill the DS260 and upload the document after paying the fees. 2- is it easy to fill the DS260 by my self or do I need a lawyer. thank you

@Vanessa P January 24 case approved January 27 case creation February 4 submitted all documents and fees February 11 DQ

submitted doc in FEB and never got it DQed

@Vanessa P Everything at NVC depend you. once you get the welcome email just send all the documents and DS260 fast

@USA A NVC give 1 year to close your case if the don't hear from you. just fill the DS260 once you pay the fee and upload everything the ask you

@USA A DS260 is personal information you can do it yourself just be truthful. you can see the process on YouTube to have an idea
