it happens it happened with me as well just send them email about it and it will just automatically fix itself it’s a website error happened with me nothing u can do but wait for it to fix

yeah they said don’t try to pay another money them gonna fix it just be checking back

How much time it took for you to get Welcome letter?

it look me alomost 22 months

to approve

and with in week after approval i got the welcome letter

I called them but now they don’t accept calls smh but they will fix it automatically

i been trying since last week but i think on Thursday it accepts my payment

and shows paid on my profile

I did the payment on Friday and it’s still processing. idk if it’s go through or not

maybe wait for it will shows up

does it show pending on your bank account. mine doesn’t even show pending

before i was making it won’t even make make payment it show an error occurred

same happened to mine .. and it’s automatically show processing

yup and them after three day it says pay now

but when i made my payment it shows that it is successfully done

take three day to get clear off on my profile

okay it’s been 4 days I’m gonna wait …

you need to go to your profile and see if it clear up

if not you have make the payment again

if they money have not taken from your account

I can’t pay again it’s still in process

i think if your payment was good at first time like it don’t say an error occurred then they might clear your payment if it happens like an error occurred you will have to pay again

all those payment you have attempted gonna be rejected

Hi all, I am experiencing the same situation right now. I did the payment three times and all failed. The same error message showed every time and the status changed to “In processing “ then it changed back to “Pay Now” after three business days. I am very frustrated. I have tried all different kind of browser, and turned out not working. Can anyone help? What can I do next? Thank you so much!

just wait for couple of days it will fix by it self

same for me it’s so frustrating my IV payment is already approved but the AOS payment just doesn’t go through. it’s sucks I just wanna be able to finally be with my husband!

just be patient samething happens to me. maybe will take two weeks and it automatically go through your payment every body facing same problem

they should really fix this issue and open up the phone lines again, because waiting for an answer for an inquiry takes about as long as getting your case approved

Hi all, please try IE browser. It is listed on the browser requirement and I just tried it worked! So please try IE, not Google Chrome, no Microsoft Edge!!!

can you please share if you were able to pay the fee? I also have the same issue and I don’t understand why one payment went through and the other didn’t. I paid the AOS fee first..and two minutes later I paid the IV but got a system error..then checked back and the status shows in process..it’s the 5th business day now..my AOS is showing paid..I uploades documents already..but IV is stuck 😭😭

I have the same issue. I have 2 cases approved and ready to pay. 3 went through and 1 AOS that gave me an error at beginning still showing in process. My payment was made 6 days ago. Hopefully, this can be fixed asap.

don’t worry guy it will keep showing like for 2 weeks after that it will fix by it self

I am having this same issue too. The AOS payment went through just fine but the IV payment I got error the first time I tried to pay so I thought it didn’t go through then I tried again and it said accepted it, but now it been in processing for about 5 days and I noticed there is not transaction ID on the receipt. I really hope this gets fixed soon.

Does anyone notice if they have a transaction id or not on their payment receipt?

I noticed that there is no transaction id..the AOS that went through had a transaction id..that’s why I know that this will get rejected..I just wished there was a way to cancel and pay again..and I can’t believe that I came across people’s posts about this same issue back in 2015….

@sarah, i have read on other post, menuka’s case already change to paid. Ours I think is different because there is no transaction ID in the receipt and no money has taken out in the bank🥲

unbelievable that we don’t have a way to report a technical problem without having to go through public inquiry that takes at least two months for someone to read it

yeah it changed to pay now after 3 businesses day .. and I paid again and it’s worked… I’m waiting for DQ now

@menuka, do you try another bank for payment or same as you use when you encounter error?

I wonder if the error message occured because I’m using a work computer and maybe it has more security checks? The first payment went through but maybe it triggered an alarm and when I attempted to pay the second payment the firewall maybe prevented it..I don’t know..have you all used personal computers or work computers?

i use personal computer and encounter error on my 1st payment. my friend pay and it generated transaction ID right away, after 2 days it changed to Paid. Per my case manager, it’s really a glitch in nvc that they are working for several yrs🥲

just have faith in god and things will get better

so it’s not a firewall issue..it sounds like a glitch..my AOS payment was like that..it generated a transactionn id immediately..and three days later it changed to paid.

OMG, I´m having the same problem! AOS fee ok, IV fee still IN PROCESS since Sept 9th.. you feel like ur case its lost.. or something like that :(

does your IV receipt do not have transaction ID as well? yeah its kinda frustrating😞

just now i was checking my status and NVC website showing me error .i think they might be working on it 🤞

i can access nvc website right now. what error did you encounter?

it says server error. and whole sort of coding on the screen

I used same bank as before and it worked for me … try to login in different websites … it might worked .. I used google before and after and it worked for me … first payment said error and went to processing.. after 3 days it shows pay now and I did it worked.. hoped yours works too

Hey everyone...I'm going through the same thing. I paid both fees on 9/13 and only the IV filing fee went through. The AOS fee says "in process". I sent an inquiry but it takes 2 months to get a response. I've called the bank every day and they don't see a pending transaction. I'm starting to worry.

@jessica, does the transaction shows blank also? ours is blank so its really not successful and we have to wait for it to change to pag now status, but im on my 2nd week of waiting and still no changes

Nope, no transaction ID or anything. This is super frustrating and the fact that we can't get ahold of someone is really hard. :(

yeah, I try not to think of it in the past days, but I cant really composed myself not to frustrate. its like waiting for unknown.

I understand. You make it this far and then for this to happen it's devastating. I had to take something to help me sleep last night because I kept waking up to check my bank statement and couldn't stop thinking about it. Did you submit the documents for the payment that went through?

@jessica, the system wont allow me to submit documents coz its grayed out. I sent an inquiry too but their response will take months.

@nedj both of your payments are in processing? We had one approved and we submitted the IV docs but the AOS payment is the one that is stuck and greyed out.

my AOS is ok. the IV fee remains stuck with that in process. @joban, the author of this thread I think waited for 2 weeks to reprocess the payment.

I submitted documents for my AOS that went through..my IV is hung up..I can’t believe that we can’t reach anyone for something this minor..this shouldn’t even be an issue..as you said..you go through this extremely long and frustrating process..submit all documents..go through this review..get approved..and now im waiting 10 days for someone to realize my payment is hung up because of their system glitch and is preventing me from going on with this process..

it almost feels like even my wait of 11 months so far was probably hung up for the same reason..or i should sat no reason at all

@alma, i cant believe that in this tech era, we are still facing payment issues that NVC has had for several years ago. i mean, dont they upgrade the way their payment scheme this days🥲🥲🥲

I’m also losing patience and can’t concentate at work..barely get anything done these days..this has just been so frustrating and stressful..I really hope it will resolve soon..but it looks like it won’t be until next week until we’re able to submit documents

@nedj zar..I guess it is true that all those governement agencies are old school ..they don’t keep up with technology..

i think so, i think we are all experienced when it comes to online payment, and its realtime crediting or 1 day clearing sometimes😅 But what we are experiencing with nvc glitch, its seems we are back to pre-internet era😅
