i submitted all documents on September 02, 2022.
they accept all documents except one . they want me to upload my husband passport Biograpic page again. they said something is missing or it’s hard to read. the truth is nothing is missing and it’s clear to read. I did submitted another scan of passport Biograpic page. I just logins and see pay now? I have paid everything already. why it’s said pay now for both DS260 &affidative of support??
do I have to pay again ? does anyone gone through this? what did you do? please help me out 🙏🙏

someone else I know said that happened to them. as long as it has already drafted out of your bank account it is a glitch in their system and they will fix it. no need to worry 😉

they did the same thing too me they told me that the police report and the passport was missing and it was there and also was accepted by another agent on August they are playing games

@menuka I don’t think you have to pay again. Biographic page — is it just a single page with personal info or also the other page where it’s signed by the officer? I mean two pages..

yeah I know I have included both page and they said something is missing or hard to read.. which is clear to read.. they might have eyes problem or something.. I have uploaded another scan .. and I will not pay again…
