wait till the money reflects back into your account. then send a message to them through ASKNVC

@Mr MCC We did pay for AOS first. It took 4-5 days to process and then updated to PAID. We were able to see required documents also Then we paid for IV fee. It updated to IN PROCESS and after 5 days, it changed to PAID. We could access and see DS260 form too. I even completed and saved and printed DS260 yesterday. I didn’t submit it because I wanted to recheck it before submitting. Today I logged in to sign and submit it but it’s showing PAY NOW for IV fee. And I got a message saying IV Fee Rejected

@H M is always good to make all the payments once. At this point I can only tell you to call NVC and complain about this.

@H M it can take 72 working hours to reflect back into your account if needed payment was rejected. if you are in the states, call them to ask why. if not, “ASkNVC” on their website. it’ll take 4 days max.
