NVC IV fee
For one week I have been trying to pay for my IV fee when I first paid it says processing and then when I checked after a few days it didn't go through I did it again and it shows processing and now whenever I try to pay again it is giving me a error message. I tried a few times on differnt browers and different devices and still gets the error message. Please help 🙏🏽

I had a hard time too… had to stay up all night to get… I remember paying one on my phone turning off my Wi-Fi… some people have had luck with internet explorer 11… check Reddit and you might get a working solution… found a fix there when I was having a hard time uploading documents.

It's possible it's processing and the 'pay now' button is a glitch. Check 'payment receipts' page and click on the IV fee specifically. If it shows a 'Transaction ID' next to it and status shows 'in process' then they're still processing it.

The system will not let you pay again and will keep giving an error if they are still trying to process your previous payment attempt.
