is hiring of an attorney good when waiting for an interview date? it’s been over a year now still waiting for an appointment with my embassy

I think the processing time is still under 24 months so it won’t matter attorney can’t do anything
you can first reach out to your congressman and put an enquiry there and see what they come back with than you can go with attorney
