@kayon J base on what I'm hearing from lawyers is atleast a year

my two minor daughters got DQ January this year anyone here have any idea how long it takes to get a interview date Jamaica 🇯🇲 embassy

@kayon J my husband file for them he his a citizen, and I don’t know y it take so long my two boys are minor, and it’s been over two years now since I started this process. and my understanding it should only take a year

Christine brown we file for them in 2021 the i130 was approved last year may we paid all the fees before September and send all the documents and the last time we send something was in December DQ January 6 I thought the same thing too only a year it's almost 2 years now

@christine brown @tish lowe it’s kinda strange that you guys are waiting this long because I recently had a cousin who got his K1 visa in June for Jamaica embassy. He said that he was DQ and then three weeks later he got his interview appointment in June 2023.. so hopefully this gives a glimmer of hope for those waiting.😊

kayon j it's kinda strange to me too for one they're minors so I don't know why they're taking so long to find them an interview date
