NVC duplicate payment refund
anybody who happen to have duplicate payment for NVC was able to get refunded? what is the process

I paid IV & AOS twice but after lots of communication and inquiry they refunded back. Don't know about others experience but in my case they took almost 14 months

@Fusion Gold how? who did you contact. I sent an inquiry and they just replied telling me about my case status. ignoring completely my inquiry
