how long after you submitted??

@Daajiyah when did you get approval for I130.

@menuka parasite about 57 days. some people say that they use the 1st day you submit your paperwork and others say you use the last day. we submitted our first document and our last documents 3 days apart. average I am seeing is max 64 days .

Vermont seems to be approving within 8-9 months. i submitted in May 2021 and approved in February 2022.

I submitted from 130 for my husband as a US citizen and it's vermont. My priority date march 4, 2022. Did not get approval yet.

J U my priority date is January 3 2022

I did all the paperwork by myself with no lawyer maybe that’s why it’s taking forever to get approval every time I check my uscis it says your case is being reviewed no information we need from you at this time almost nine months

Faisa mine said that for months. it’s a normal message, just make sure if it’s out of regular processing times to contact them ASAP.

@zy Zk I read that usually 2 days after DQ NVC sends case to embassy. I've seen as soon as 3 days and as long as 3 months for interview.inshallah when I hear something I will update.

@ baleegh Albarmki if you're talking about a request for evidence RFE and if you have an online account you can look in your documents to see if it's there. but it can take a couple days to show up on your online account if not they'll mail it to you.

Well it didn't appear in the documents on the online site I'm waiting for mail but what after I send RFE How long does it take to get approval

@Baleegh Albarmki it usually shows up after a few days ... also the time from RFE response from you to approval, can be as soon as the next day to 60 days. I think it depends on exactly what it was they asked you about.

@ U r e n a you are so close. one piece of advice start looking into what you need for the NVC now, there are specific things that the beneficiary needs from their country that could take months to get. I am cheering for you, let me know when you hear something! 🙂

@Daajiyah Lamb, I don't need anything from the NVC I'm in the US I sent my I-485 my I-864 my I-765 was approved in two months also I already have social security I'm just waiting for green card approval only it was supposed to be sent my i130 along with the package but whoever helped me sent the i130 first and then I sent the aforementioned 👆🏾

I knew that I had to send everything together in a concurrent filing, I had that knowledge, but then I realized that I first send the i130 online and two months later the other forms, but I have faith that soon my i130 will be approved, it will be 10 months in a few days
