if you submitted on Nov 6th then wait until Nov 13-14 they will reply to you I’m sure about that. That what they did to me too and I just got document qualified last week

@jatt j after submitting documents my visa class changed from CR1 to IR1 and my priority date June 9 2022 to June 7 2022

@Saba T don’t go with the NVC timeframe always. if you have submitted any documents today then they review it just a week after

@Saba T dont worry you should be getting something from NVC by tomorrow. they usually replies after 10am

I am concerned because my husbands police clearance report is gonna expire on the 16 cuz he only got it for 1 month and I don’t want any problems to happen and want it to be approved before it expires

@A B first I got a message saying that the income stated in the I-864 is insufficient and need another person as sponsor Than after that message I got a message saying documentarly qualified

@A B so I don’t worry about the income message right

@Saba T actually do the NVC inquiry and ask them how you got DQ when it said your income is insufficient

@A B my dad sponsored for me cuz I wasn’t able to sponsor

@A B we even send them a explanation letter to why I can’t sponsor

so my husband’s interview is in Riyadh and I want to know how long is the wait for the interview letter
