what type of tax form did you upload? did you upload official IRS return transcript?

@Jesus is King I scan and uploaded a copy of my tax return.

try to turn the document into a pdf and the save it to your phone files and upload from there. thats what i did with all of mine and they were accepted.

@My journey 🫶🏽 ❣️ ok. that’s not going to work. you need to go to the IRS.gov, create an account if you don’t have one. and go to the transcript tab and click on returns. those are official tax documents USCIS require as tax proof

@Jesus is King no I didn't send the official ones. I just scan and submit the copy in pdf form. only my 2024 tax keep getting rejected they are saying to upload it separately but I can't because it's the w2 and the tax return or wrong document type but It's the same pdf

yes it’s the wrong doc type. send the official ones and upload that.

try to download it directly from the irs website as a pdf and submit it like that. but for all other ones you should be fine.
