Just a question! Does anybody know how long does it take nvc to send the wolecom letter after uscis approval? Thanks

My case was sent to NVC on the 29th and got welcome letter on the 30th

my case was sent to NVC on jul 22 and I received 1 letters with “NYC CASE NUMBER” that’s call. Welcome later.???
