most of people received the welcome letter 4 days after their case were sent to the department of state

did you try calling NVC? sometimes they don’t send you the welcome letter quick but at least you can get your case # and fee bill directly from them.

call them now it is easy to get the phone picked up at this time after waiting for 40 mts but it is worth it. Make sure you have the I-140 or I797 approval notice handy. let me know how it goes please!

@B Amaiia i calls them many times it’s on answering machine after explaining some issues the call doesn’t transfer to any representative

actually not me my brother he got approved 02-23 California he got approval notice I think 3 weeks and notice from nvc 3/15

even it’s in nvc they don’t let us pay the fee nothing

you have to call to nvc at 7am eastern standard time, press 2 for english and then 7. Then wait for about 20-30’mts to someone pick up the phone.

@SK I called nvc the wait time is roughly 2hr just listen to voice promts and choose the option to wait on line until you get an agent

I don’t know if you are reading my post. I always call nvc at 7am eastern standard time (meaning 7am US east time) and the waiting time is always less than 30mts. follow my instructions and then come back here and tell me.

@Sk they sent my case to nvc but am in the United States with my spouse so they requested for uscis to send them an email so that they can return the case uscis but when I contacted the uscis they said that once nvc opens the case and see that both spouse and petitioner are in the US they will send the case back..am got confused now am planning to call nvc again maybe tomorrow

@approved name today I called the NVC at 10 am eastern time but none of representatives were available I’ll try to call them tomorrow again

i just calles nvc, took them 10 mts to answer and got my case # and invoice id.

@B Amaiia after 50 mins waiting on the line I talked to representative she said our case is under process and she said call them back next week probably they can give my case number and invoice id. again thanks 🙏

I talked to the NVC right now and she said the NVC needs at least 5-6 days to process the case number

so you still didn’t pay the fee

when you ask me for my post I give y the details I answer every question I told you 3 weeks they send the welcome letter via email almost 4 weeks after approval but some people they get in the mail I know my friend she call them they give her case and invoice num

I got the approval on 18 Mar, Case was sent to the DoS on 21 Mar. Have not heard back from NVC. I am on call and holding for about 10 min now, waiting to connect to an agent...

@ K F Khan i called them eastern time at 7:00 am and waited for 45 mins on the line till I could able to talk to one of the Representatives. what’s ever was the result could you please let us know?

I got connected after about 75 minutes. My case is still not entered/created. Asked me to call back in a week's time. A person I know had received their email in 4 days, I thought I might get lucky, but looks like I have to continue to wait.

my case for my two kids was at NVC since june 2021 until now i did not receive there welcome letter/case number pls i need advise. I look online the status on there case it says the same thing

@ s k i’ve been calling the nvc number that no one answer if anyone knows other number to call i apreciated so much i’m dispret to know what’s going on in my kids case, the number i call is 603 334 0700 i even try to call them 4am here seattle time, it breaks my heart knowing that this coming december when i go home in philippine and visit my kids there not coming with me.. :( pls i’m taking any advice. thanks

@Genafr Reston it’s been 4 months they don’t answer the phone anymore. you gotta contact the NVC by email.

yahh i email them 4 times the last one was 3 days ago i got no response i guess i’m just in patent , hope soon i will get an answer finger cross 🤞
