They will reject if the copy is not in color, all 4 edges of the picture or document is not in view, if the document fails to have the required notary/authority signature, if it is close to expiring (within 6 months), or if the picture has shadows that can be removed

@menuka but thats not the right way to reduce backlog , we are waiting from last 2 month and they rejected documents which are real….whats soo annoying

so i submitted a “real” birth certificate… after doing some further investigation it was missing to authorizing signatures even thoigh it was the original … try asking the issuing authority if something is wrong or missing from the document

@celeste guerrero i just checked my pcc and its signed by passport officer instead of superintendent …can be this the reason of rejection?

@kirru k when you replaced did the date change to the date you replaced or the date is the previous submission date.
