hello guys so nvc accepted all my docs and they still requesting for ‘evidence for joint sponsor income, but I had already submitted w2s and transcripts and it was all accepted so can I send them paystubs if so how many months is ohk ? need your help pls

yes she makes enough but proof employment wasn’t added to the docs and no paystubs that was my lawyers mistake

NVC doesn't ask for proof or employment. If you sent in 3 years tax transcript that has the minimum annual income for a sponsor, then I don't think they will be asking you for a joint sponsorship income. However, if that's what they're asking then you need to submit the joints sponsor 3 years tax transcript also. Tax transcript is the primary acceptable document
