transfer to NVC 12/14/23
until now no welcome letter. I see other post they received like the next day after they approved and some like 3-5 days. Does anyone know how long should I received the welcome letter?

@s z have you tried checking your service center again. I am sure it is no more in Potomac because lately Potomac moved all their cases to another service center

check your email, I just received mine I was approved on dec 15th, I was told that they can take about 2 weeks to send a welcome letter
