60-75 days

I have the same problem they saying just 1 documents is missing wish is my marriage Certificate is missing but also it Showing they accept marriage Certificate so I don't really know 🤔 😕

it happened to me too , they asked for a documents that is already accepted I resubmitted it but it was prove of income , and then it takes 70 days for DQ .

same thing happened to me. 1 document was missing. after i submitted it, it took 70 days, then i got DQ. currently waiting for an interview appointment

my lawyer is irresponsible because he did not send the correct documents and I am suffering because of him 🥹🥹😭😭 I will wait another 70 days 🥺🥺🥺🥹🥹

you can’t do nothing , just wait like I did ,I sent them two inquiry because mine was their mistaken asking me for something is already submitted and all they say is simple , we will let you know soon , but never fix it till 70 days later . they send me documents qualified because I resubmitted the same exact one and they accepted it again . they didn’t help me when it’s their mistake so I don’t think there’s a way to help you when it’s your lawyers mistake, hope you get approved soon .
