@June 2022 I only received an approval letter from USCIS by email and mailbox.

it’s been 13 days since my i130 is been approved and I haven’t received the notice as well. wherein we supposed to get 2 notices. But, I requested a copy and they send me one copy by mail still haven’t gotten the original copy.

@Humble 🙏🏽 please what copy did you request for, copy from NVC or approval letter from USCIS. because I got a copy of approval from USCIS via email and mail but not welcome letter from NVC..

@June 2022 no I haven’t received any welcome letter yet, that’s why I’m asking..

I am not sure of the welcome letter you are talking about. but I am talking about the notice you would get right after approval which happens to be on a green paper.

But I am also referring to the approval notice right after being approved. That’s the notice I requested after not getting it through the mail. Hope I making this clear.

@Humble 🙏🏽 yes after approval a notice of action is sent to you that you’ve been approved, in the notice among the things written it’s says we would get a letter from NVC writhin 45 days.. so which means you are still waiting for the letter from NVC then right ? check the notice letter properly and see..

@Humble 🙏🏽 yes I understand you better now! but just clarifying, which means you stil waiting for the NVC letter now I guess ..

The notice I received just said my i130 is approved it did not say anything about me getting another letter. So I’m not sure.

@Humble 🙏🏽 You have to read the notice you received properly. there’s a place it says “the NVC will contact the beneficiary of the petition with further information.. that’s the part I’m talking about! after USCIS approval, NVC is suppose to start up your case and send your a letter as well to begin your visa processing.. that’s the one I’m asking if you’ve received and how long does it take to receive it.

@Let Love Lead 💛 I haven’t gotten the original notice so I only got a copy that I requested. So that is why I’m not seeing what you are seeing. question though are you inside the US?

I m still waiting also. since 29 jun. I heard that is late NVC . so patience

we got our case approved in may and still waiting for NVC (((

@Victoria D Douesnard really! wow that’s long. But, the notice said 90 days sooo, I guess we just have to wait lol.
