regular processing is a waste of time. they only care about premium processing

after 8 months , I will go for premium

I did premium from the onset, so i got it shortly after submission. From what I've seen it can take a long time for many people. Hope it gets sorted soon! My PD is Feb 17,2022.Im still in CRP for adj of status.

if you can afford it and can't wait go for premium processing but note you get no extra benefits with a 2023 PD. You will be basically in the same scenario that your in right now with an approved 2023 I-140 but the assurance that it's approved which in a great feeling. They not in a rush to adjudicate these because they are not current. using that man power to do cases that can actually file the I-485 to ensure no visa numbers go unused.

yeah, my employer filed my I-140 and it’s their decision to file it under regular processing since it’s still retrogression, they said filing under premium is not worth it since it will still not move forward. But i know some who has a later PD than me but were filed under premium and they were able to finish until DQ. In case their PD will become current, they are very ready to schedule for an interview so i think premium is still worth it. In my case, my employer will upgrade my I-140 to premium when my PD become current. Though i will still have to go through NVC filing and DQ unlike others who were filed under premium.

hello @younis Abu eram my PD is may 12th. I got approved on December 1st. and my case sent to NVC on December 14th.

@younis Abu eram no premium used. it’s useless to pay for premium if you’re not current. I’m a nurse by the way,means I’m on schedule A that requires no PERM.
