nta while vawa pending
received a nta and was put in removal proceedings. my vawa is pending since December 2023 received 3-4 prima facia. have ead and ap also. the nta is for the overstay i did while my old marriage 130 was denied.
any advice?

after denied you would have 33 days that doesn’t make you overstay tho unless you did not send them in 33 days get a lawyer
