@tired from waitingg It happened to me while I haven't changed my address for many years. Today is day 139 since I submitted an e-request, and I still haven't received that notice. After two weeks of the return, I called USCIS and asked them about the return. I also asked them what they missed, if it was an RFE or a biometric notice. I don't want to miss my interview, so they said, "Don't worry, it's a PFD extension. So now, wait two days to see if they try to deliver again. But if they don't do anything, then submit an e-request. After three weeks, if you don't hear anything, call USCIS. If you call early, they will not tell you anything, and it will be a waste of your time. Good luck.

@tired from waitingg Probably, it is a PF letter. To know it exactly, you should contact vawa uscis tel: 800-375-5283 and ask about the notice that was returned. You can also ask about the change of address if it was yet updated or not.

@tired from waitingg No problem. Did you file with a lawyer or by yourself? If your lawyer submitted the paperwork, then use the mailing address for the attorney so they can get each notice. While I have my attorney, they still mised past notice, but it's better to use the lawyer's address and give your address to the attorney so they can mail you wherever in the USA. I think it's a safe method. And if you filed yourself, please use a relative's address who can send you all notices if you keep changing your address. This process makes things slow, from what I've heard.

@tired from waitingg after long wait I’m happy you receive something. why don’t you rent an adress if you gonna keep moving? not P.O. Box like virtual office adress so that they can keep all your mails because if you don’t have an attorney / if your attorney doesn’t receive the copies maybe that’s why you’ve been waiting for years

@Ivan b thank you but it was definitely prima facie which was number 10😅 well i dont think its been long time because i dont have lawyer it stuck in background check at least they answered like that for inquirie. I actually never think of renting office address i think its not a good idea tho cuz we have to give them address we live in

@tired from waitingg You can call USCIS to change the address.
