have you moved since you started the application? post office is not allowed to forward uscis mails it will be returned.

my spouse got same too since Jan 08, 2024 We have been on them since to know what exactly the notice is.

@Tim Id did you call tier2? do you have a lawyer ?

@m g yea we got an SR number which expired after a month (Feb 08, 2024) with no reasonable response and then they gave us another one which is T1 this time around. We are to check back anytime soon.

@m g Mine is at fingerprint taken. My spouse got the notice couldn’t be delivered after biometrics.

@Tim Id ok I'm in the same state. receipt date: jan8 with biometrics completed on 28th Feb. And got this update. Did you check with your lawyers?

@m g we did biometrics on Dec 14, 2023 while the unreceived notice was updated on Jan 8, 2024 Our Lawyer said they didn’t receive any notice as well and they are not serious with taking it up. It’s so unfortunate. That’s why we are handling the issues on our own by getting service requests.

@m g my thinking is maybe they made a mistake. I don’t really know though. It’s confusing. My spouse’s EAD was approved on Jan 28 and received on Feb 9.

I got the same message. I received it but lawyer didn’t. my case then eventually changed to duplicate noticed mailed. it was a rfie notice

thanks @mq tbun what doc are they asking for? I got rfie message while my spouse got this non delivery, I feel both of us will get the same rfie notice eventually

it was around the birth certificate document not being clear enough

@m g We called back to know what the notice is. But they gave us another service request number (starting with T1) to check back in 30 days. It’s so disappointing mehn…
