Notice was Returned To USCIS because post office could not deliver it
my VAWA case is showing this message “Notice was Returned To USCIS because post office could not deliver it” for the last 493 days, my lawyer told me it was 1 of my prima facie that wasn’t delivered, and I received around 3 other PF after that but this message keep showing every time I Checked case status, this message showed 2 months after I have done my finger prints, I did multiple inquiries that showed it was answered but I never received any reply, my lawyer said she didn’t received anything as well (I don’t trust my lawyer) did anyone have a similar issue?

@tired from waiting I found out after 2 years that we can not even do online inquiries for VAWA, she wasted 2 years of mine doing inquiries that would not take anywhere we need to send a full pack of forms in order for the USCIS reply since it’s a high confidencial, and I only found out because I paid another lawyer to prove my lawyer was doing a mistake, we definitely can’t trust lawyers at all

@Jane doe I had to pay several other lawyers to find out things mine was always doing wrong the last one was Friday and I found out all inquiries she had done was useless since USCIS does not reply for online inquiries on VAWA case you have to request by letter with couple forms signed from both of us, they literally just wanna take our money not solve our problems

same thing happened to me last year may they couldn’t deliver my notice which I guess was a Prima facie , made and inquiry they replied but I never received the reply . and now I’m worried because my vawa card shipped today I hope they have my updated address or I’ll be devastated
