Notice was return to USCIS
hi does anyone know what I can do to get USCIS to deliver notice to my home address. it seems they try to deliver to lawyer office and mail was return back to USCIS.
is there a way I can see my notice on USCIS app?

change/update your address on your file. but try communicating with your lawyer first and ask them to see if the delivery can be retried or get the live agent on Emma and ask for tier 2 officer so that you can inquire about the situation.

@KHADIJA S they will not send it. You need to contact them online and they can make it available for you to print electronic copy

@GOD HAVE MERCY I called them and they changed the lawyers old address to new address. it’s not available online electronically only to lawyers I can’t see it

what you should do immediately is contact the post office that has your letter (check the tracking number is application) have them hold the mail for pickup, this way you can go pick it up yourself just make sure you have a gvt picture ID
