NOTICE RETURNED TO USCIS BY POST OFFICE
Hi . I recently got an update on my i360 that a notice was return to USCIS because post office was unable to deliver it and asked to send in a request and this could have serious effect . I tried sending a request and they replied saying we cannot respond at this time . it is time for another prima facie . all this happened because of missing unit number which I tried updating by mailing AR -11 forms . what can be done and is this going to effect my case ? any first hand experiences?

For vawa, to update your address, you need to call uscis, request info pass and speak to an officer to update your address… Call uscis to resend the notice

I submitted the AR form once, but it wasn’t updated even after 4months . I ended up calling USCIS, and thankfully, I spoke with someone really kind who had to ask their supervisor to make the change. Everyone I spoke with during that call was very helpful and managed to get it updated for me. Not all the agents were that nice though it took me about 10 calls, and I was hung up on and treated rudely a few times. But if you keep trying, you'll eventually reach someone helpful.

That happened to me too. I was able to change my address by phone call but had to call twice to have it updated in my online account.
