did you gave your home adress or lawyers adress in your application ? if you gave your adress it’s possible notice might returned and you should contact office asap. if you gave lawyers addres just contact your attorney first.

the notice could be about any thing, nobody will tell the correct answer. You have to find the way to get this notice back to you. Talk to your attorney or call to USCIS immediately. You might have only 33 days depends on situation

It could be for RFE ..that happened to me too..get your lawyer to email them ASAP before the date has passed.

I already did an e-request asking for the notice mail to me again and also verified the address with uscis, the notice was sent to my old address. Hope to receive the notice to my new address

where did you received that notice? i am from Dec 2021 and have not heard anything

@Sandra I Dios es bueno. in the app I received that the notice couldn’t be delivered, but I don’t know what it is. when I called USCIS they didn’t have information about it, only the status of the case saying couldn’t be delivered

this happen to me also I call and try to get it back but I couldn’t and my lawyers also try but it was a fail I had to wait for the next notice which was denied but my lawyer had to refile for another i485 since June 16.my biometrics added and now they transfer my case I am just tired 🥹

my 1-360 was approved July 9th 2022 and my 1485 was denied sept 14 2023

guys I just receive a rfe for my i485 I can’t sleep anymore and can’t wait until it get here and I am so eager to know what’s in the rfe guys I am scared

I finally got my 1485 guys!!!I couldn’t keep it so I thought to share
