what is the reason for the NOID

I don’t think there is a timeline. It’s been eleven months since I replied the NOID I received too. It depends on the officer handling the case.

Issue was with my previous I-485 application, my ex filed for me then later abandoned the marriage before we even got a chance to attend interview. now USCIS is alleging the marriage was probably fraudulent due to the fact that we didn't submit evidence and we didn't attend interview. so we responded with proofs and explanation of what happened in my first marriage.

please remember me in your prayers and everyone waiting for a favorable response. the anxiety is debilitating. the case status said 5 months to decision

any update or positive feedback on this case? just received a noid for i130 due to my husbands previous marriage. really could use so encouragement
