@r s yes my wife is oversea, I have also applied for k3 visa and then see the Congressman That oversee immigration issue, I send them an email through their website, week later they answered me so I explained the situation and she told to send medical record because my is sick ,I did that and the sane day that she has submitted the inquiry we received notification from 129f that the expedite has been approved the day after I got the second active review for the I-130 then I checked the in document tab and I saw the approval notice
