I am E2 visa dépendant , I had the good news to see that we have been granted an automatic extension of our ead.
how do we get the i94 annotated to get back
to work ? my employer is asking me for my notice of action. but it has been lost in the mail and I never received it. so without this paper he does not want to take me back. any thoughts ??

did you have an online account with USCIS/NVC? if yes, you can get copies under your account. if no, you need to call immigration for a copy.

what should it say in the notice of Action? same Situation here..hope you will get yours soon or can figure it out
