Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed…… what does it mean please ?
On February 7, 2022, we began reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOE….*****. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. If you do not receive your notice by February 21, 2022, contact the USCIS Contact Center at www.uscis.gov/contactcenter. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

check your uscis account under documents and see if they uploaded it there .it seems like a RFE or RFIE

I didn’t get RFE notice …. I have three kids and I filed for all three ….. so it was only on one case that had the first notice with “cancellation for request for additional evidence “ and it changed again to notice explaining uscis action was mailed

they gonna ask for evidence and if you don't respond then they will deny your case

@rauf you have to send in the evidence right away you dont hold on to it ,you can either print the form with your attached evidence ,mail it in or upload it online ..but check under documents to see if they uploaded it on there so you can print it if that answers your question.

yeah they mentioned what was in the first one , but the second included DNA test !
