Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed after Responding to NOID
We responded to NOID for i130, 10 days later (August7th) we got Notice Explaining USCIS Actions Was Mailed and to reach back to them if I don’t get it by August 21. I reached out to Emma twice and both times the agents told me no new notices were sent. I was expecting to see notice of receipt of NOID response not another NOID. This is extremely nerve wrecking. I’ve checked the document tab and there’s only one NOID document which was the one we got in June. I’m just really confused. Anyone ever had to deal with this? I can’t even sleep 😞

the same thing happen to me I didn’t get the noid for more than 3 months before they finally sent it. but I call them almost everyday and there reply was there was no noid for me but I finally got the noid
