NOTICE EXPLAINING ACTION WAS MAILED
After responding to a NOID 7 months ago. USCIS just started to work back on my case. December first I got a actively reviewing for the I 130 and Dec. 2 they updated to “we began reviewing your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number IOExxxxx. We mailed you a notice informing you of the action we intend to take on your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials.”
No notice was uploaded underneath documents and I contacted a live agent and they said there is no notice on their end. so I’m waiting to see if I get something in the mail.
This doesn’t look good to me but I’m still keeping positive.

If your receipt number starts by IOE
1) Replace the sample receipt number with your real one. Don’t add or remove anything else — just swap the number:

2) Paste your version of the link somewhere on your phone — notes, messages, wherever.
3) It should look exactly like the sample link, just with your actual receipt number in it.
4) Log into your USCIS online account like you normally do.
5) Go back to the link you saved with your real receipt number.
6) Open that link while you’re logged in.

@frank wisdom chances are it is a “NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY,” that’s what I later received in the mail
