Notice about the 131 fee notice. Anyone else get this?
Hi, I have had my green card for 10 months. Got a notice about a fee change/update today. The 131 no longer means anything. My account says I can look at the notice but I cannot see anything. Just wanting to see if others received the same message. Thank you 🙏 🤔

Hi everyone please explain me from your experience my spouse us citizen filing November 2 2023 still waiting for decision on July this this year they upload still being processed upto now my online account say your case taking longer than our previous estimate september no noting i enquiries 2 times the first one 3 months ago second 1 month what can I do no RFE no noting please assist me

@Wedy A and M Are you doing an AOS? Or are you in another country? If you are just doing the 130 then it can take various amounts of time. If you are doing consular processing the office might be slow. If you are doing an AOS then the field office where your application will be adjudicated will dictate how long it will take.
I only see 130 on your file but if you got an email for the 131 then you are doing AOS. I know a lot about the whole process. Your inquiries will not make them work faster. It depends on the field office if you are doing AOS. If you want me to help you look into more or have questions, let me know.

@Kingsley B if you applied for a greencar7d and also applied for advance parole you will receive that noticed. What you do with it, I don’t know. They say it’s a part of the big beautiful bill. check out Alena Shautsova on YouTube she posted a video about it a day or two ago.

i just got this notice too right after our case approval so i'm confused... you only have to pay the fee if you actually parole into the U.S. or parole in place right?

my parents got this too and they already have their green card , I was a little confused as well since this doesn’t apply to them anymore either , I’m confused if they have to pay a fee now or something.
