Same here, I called twice, made inquires which got neglected (they just sit there unassigned) and they simply don't care...

I called the USCIS hotline last October to make a follow up concerning my I751 application and ithas been more than 8 months since they received it. it took me about 7 mins I think for me to be able to finally speak with the agent

if u were not able to speak to a live agent, pls try the USCIS online tool to make a service request about ur case. do you have a USCIS online account?

@sebastian - the live agent just told me that my case is within the normal processing time so there’s nothing we can do , just wait and be patient and should normally get an update by the 15 month lol but we should all think positive eventhough at times we feel like it’s so frustrating.

@Penstate Lady - I have USCIS online account. I put a service request . I got a reply that it will be replied before Dec 12, 2020

@sebastian - they got my application on feb 19, 2020 . they reuse my old fingerprints on May 13th. I had my first biometrics back in 2017 when I processed my AOS.

@sebastian - try to say about info pass appointment, I’ve heard that would do the trick and you will be directed to a live agent and then you can discuss about your concern. I am so sorry I totally forgot which number I pressed when I called them the last time

@Penstate Lady - I think your trick for USCIS hotline seems to be working . let me try on Monday as offices are currently closed. Did they sent any notice saying that they are using your previous biometrics ?

thank the lord I seen your post. my i751 was received on the exact same day and it’s at the same service center. I don’t have an appointment for biometrics either.

@Andrew Bewick - I called uscis yesterday (monday) . They told that biometrics is not yet send for my receipt number also the appointment centers was closed for covid they opened 90 days back they are busy with rescheduling pending applications

Hey Sebastian, I just got my appointment for 12/16. we filed the same date as each other so it should come through soon. my tracker hasn’t updated.
