Not received any update on my I-130 filling yet
Hi everyone, I filed an I-130 petition for my parents (as a U.S. citizen) and it’s been almost 13 months now. So far, I’ve only received the receipt notices and no updates about whether the case has been approved or not. Is this normal? How long does it usually take to get a decision? Would really appreciate if anyone can share their experience or advice. Thank you! #help_post #case_i130
