Not received another PF
My last PF received in April expired on 10/16 which was last week. Still didn’t receive new one. Is it a good/bad sign?? Is it a sign I might be approved soon? Or are they just behind??

@Miroslava Kurtova I received the first PF in Jan 2024 after I refiled my denied VAWA in Sept 2023. In the PF I notice the expiry date is Jan 2025 where it is also mentioned that if decision is not closer to the date then they would sent a 60 days extension of prima facia. This is my first experience receiving PF. I believe they would send multiple prima facie until the case is decided.
Not sure if they did not renew your prima facie means case will be decided but for some cases that I knew had got their decision. Best of luck

no it’s not good or bad news. sent them letter asking for extension. they did forget to mail mine I had to ask them

can someone explain what PF means I’m sorry I’m new here and I have filed the I-360 vawa I filed in October-2021
they requested an RFE good morals and they received my responses and still waiting!
I got approved for the work permit.
