UK, had J1b, h1b, extension, already got EAD and advance parole. i485 is just chilling zero updates really, just changed field office a few weeks back

Was your case transferred from a non-local to a local FO? If so you may get a call for an interview. If you change your status from J1 to H1 and and did not get a new visa and re-enter there is a chance they will interview.

I got a h1b visa stamp. I moved from Nebraska to NBC

I think your movement is between service centers and not field offices, from NBC they will transfer to a FO for final approval which can be non-local or local depending on if an interview is needed, so hopefully good news soon.
