NOID waiting time
Hello good people, how long does it take to get a response from USCIS after submitting a NOID response. it’s been almost 3 weeks and anxiety is growing day n night

I know that waiting after a NOID is brutal, it really messes with your head. Three weeks is still early in most cases. There isn’t a fixed timeline for NOID decisions, but many people see updates anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks after USCIS receives the response, and sometimes it can take a couple of months depending on the office and workload.

Hi All, My NOID response for HUA is on June 2026. Still no update.Json opened couple of times. Recent Json code is HAA on Aug 31st. Any idea?
