NOID REF LETTER
Hi everyone!totally unrelated but I thought to share. I became a residence 6 month ago, a friend wants me to sign NOID ref letter, I’m kinda skeptical, do y’all think it’s too soon for me to do that? or it doesn’t matter?

@Kelz O what kind of NOID? and if it's about you signing i-864 as a joint sponsor you have to ensure you meet the poverty guidelines

NOID letter was intent to deny notice, USCIS is requesting that my friend and her husband provide proof of marriage which is where reference letter comes in

if it's for proof of marriage, the only thing you can do as a friend is to write an Affidavit stating that you've known the couple for along time, what's your relationship to the couple, etc. but that's not a strong evidence, uscis want proof of address, joint statements: bank, insurance, credit cards etc
