@N M St.John it seems like a common thing now whenever you do the writ of mandamus or do the congressional inquiry they hit you with a NOID. I waited more than a year of not hearing from them and did the congressional inquiry then they sent me a NOID talking crop

@s l what was your NOID about?

@N M St.John lack of evidence and mainly talking about my lease document that I submitted for previous RFE. They believe my lease is not valid. So I had the leasing office print out my lease for the pass 3 years and sent that along with other evidence.

I saw an article somewhere where a person challenged them to court. The judge said they can’t base this relationship based on previous ones. if they were sure it wasn’t real, why didn’t they deny it? BS

I got a NOID too for my N400 just yesterday from USCIS after my mandamus. I went for my interview in 2024 the officer was very hash on me, after the interview he told me gave me RFE to go get more evidence with pictures and any evidence that I have. I went home and gathered my evidence and submitted, but still there was no answer from them for over 6 months. I went to my attorney to ask what i should do, my attorney told me to file mandamus. when i file mandamus they sent me NOID saying that my husband use different addresses to file his taxes, his social media doesn’t show married instead it’s showing single, he didn’t list me as his emagency contact person at his work place, he has a different work from what i stated in my application. And they also said that in 2014 when i first applied for B1/B2 visa that I didn’t disclose to the officer that I was pregnant even though the visa wasn’t issued and i later went to UK to have my kids. and that at my work place that I didn’t use my husband as my emagency contact person instead I used my brother who is living with us. the officer really went deep to get all thes information. so right now I have contacted two attorneys, one of them said i should withdraw my application and divorce my husband and just wait for another two years and reapply. The other one told me to get more evidence and send to them and wait for them to make a decision. right now am even confused because I don’t want them to revoke my green card because of these things.

@N M St.John, this is my exact situation right now! Our I-130 got approved after 3 years and got revoked after I did 2 Congressman inquiries and a mandamus….It’s like the mandamus triggered them to question everything else they approved and clearly marking my former marriage divorce decree fraudulent!
