@april 2022 hey I always tried to chat with Emma and asked about my case they always say processing normally and I even asked about security checks but they always say we can't see this information, it's processing normally, idk how did they told that your case is going through backwards security checks

@Mparmar Parmar it was when my congresswoman put an inquiry I guess. I got this email telling me it’s security checks. it was an email from USCIS. the thing is when I talked to USCIS they told me my case is processing normally.. it’s like they don’t even know… I’ll wait till dec 9.. I hope the ombudsman can do something.. maybe my case is taking longer because that’s my second I-130 as I was married before 16 years ago.. and for divorced over ten years ago idk 🤷‍♂️

hmm it could be a reason for this delay , and do you know security checks happen for petitioner or for beneficiary?
