Happened to me. my case still showed interview scheduled for exactly 6 weeks after my interview. I called them once a week and the response I got was that they have between 90-120 days to give a decision after interview. when I asked why the update still showed interview scheduled, the last person I spoke to said their system has a glitch and they are working to fix it but I should know that my case is been worked on. same day in October when she told me that, my status changed to case approved before midday. Next day I got notification that my interview was canceled and a notice sent to me. Few days after that my card was mailed out to me. I would suggest you call at least every week so they stay reminded. Goodluck, ur wait will be over soon

@EB3 Still Hopeful which office did you call? did you call the FO?

I don know if it’s FO or not but that’s the same USCIS no I always called since when my case was filed. I just call and say “info pass”

you're still pretty fresh. Some have been waiting for 3 months after the interview. Myself has been waiting for nearly 2 months 😂😂😂😂

@Appa Appa no update yet. Few days ago one officer email to my employer to about my employment like job salary and still I’m working or not. My employer replied this email with documents. after that no update yet. I contacted Few times local senator and congressman,everybody told my case is in under background check. I don’t know what kind of background check they run.

@Appa Appa uscis still approve case, but it’s slower. I know 2 ppl who got approved. one after interview 7 weeks and one after 2.5 week. They just received their card 2 weeks ago

I have a friend who completed the interview back in December 2025, the officer told her everything look good, she will get the decision soon, but needed senior officer review. however, no update till now. do you think she should file the mandamus in this case?

@Appa Appa its Jacksonville Field Office. you just sent the rfe this week, right? what was the rfe about? I forgot. the lawyer told me she filed it in November 19, 2025, but when I check online, it show that it was filed on December 16, 2025. you should receive the update soon. thank you. I hope you will get approved soon. edit: I just read your comments on Alex post. and I want to thank you because I read your comment that day for the RFE before my interview date. that's why I got those documents ready and I gave the officer all those documents even she didnt ask me.

@simple life 🌻 I sent the rfe last week, so it has been 1 week since they received it. you filed the WoM about a week before me and already got the decision 🥹 I have no clue if it’s moving anywhere. which lawyer did you file the mandamus with? on the other note, no problem at all. @Appa Appa which FO is your case at? the lawyer file the mandamus for me is in GA. I believe it costs about 1k less than hacking immigration lawyer, where most people mentioned about( from what i read through all the comments). - from the link Alex shared on his post, i found out the judge requested my lawyer to file the amended complaint on January 7, and the dealine was on January 23. somehow my lawyer didnt received the notice and she missed the dealine to submit it. on the January 28, the judge sent the request again and the dealine was on my interview date ,January 27. @simple life 🌻 same FO with Alex which is northern VA. I used hacking. It took me a month for all the defendants to received the summons. I filed a day before or after Alex (I cant remember), but my deadline for them to make the decision is 2 weeks after Alex. I am waiting for Alex to hear from his now. Our FO is at least having 2 mandamus cases right now which are Alex’s and mine lol

@Appa Appa hacking charge over 4k right? you should get the decision within this month right? I wish you and him the best. if you guys still have friends will go through the interview, tell them to bring everything and make a note of the documents they should give the officer. tell them to offer give it to the officer, just incase they will get the rfe again after interview. Again wish you and him get good new soon. please share with me when you get it. @Appa Appa if you have informed delivery, it will show you the tracking number from USCIS-Corbin Production Facility, thats the card. it show mine will delivery today

@Appa Appa the case updated the card mailed out on March 5. the 1st ets delivered was on March 11, but it comes early than that. your got approved on March 2, too right? you should receive it at the similar time as mine. I will keep you posted. I heard people said you also can chat with Emma to ask for the tracking number
