@dsk yay why they didn’t make a decision right there? what your lawyer told you?

@survivor p there was like 20-30 people in the room, nobody got the decision right away at least thats what the lawyer told me and i could judge by their facial expression we were all dull/happy/worried at same time

I had my interview in August 20 2024. I'm still waiting for the decision

@chicharron t can you provide more info, vawa based? 485 interview? when did you applied where was the interview?

I applied vawa March 15 2021. it was approved March 4 2024. the interview was in ohio

@dsk yay I have the same situation. I used to get updates and then it stopped. I got a call from my lawyer that’ll they received letter for my interview (previously.. I would have gotten a notification before my lawyer did). I had my interview in December.. the uscis website and lawfully still show ready to schedule interview. No updates at all.

@chicharron t where in Ohio? Columbus is one of best USCIS Field Office in country.

@Romeo riv you didn't get the point of the whole post. @Mehhhh . it was 30-40 minutes, more questions for 485 application, couple of questions for 360 tried to confuse me by repeating same question i answered calmly and that was it they told me they have to review lawyer said we did good

@Romeo riv i have no update at all not even that i was attending the interview not even interview incoming nothing, it stays on that fingerprints were taken 155 days ago

@chicharron t i had interview in april 2024 still waiting. no update officer said you will recieve decision in two weeks. i have submitted inquiries through congress in august still no reply.

@dsk yay don’t worry i have last update on my case aug 2022 but i had interview in 2024 still showing update from 2022 nothing has changed.

i had interview in New York City (manhattan)

@dsk yay I did my interview today. case updated. interview completed it, case must be reviewed showing. lawyer said it’s a standard process because they have so many cases so they will review and finalize. No Vawa questions asked only i485 yes no questions

@dsk yay No. No updates yet. I had my interview December 11 2024 and no updates since then. My status update still shows “Ready to schedule interview”. Praying for a miracle soon

@LS when did you file vawa and when was it approved? do you suspect on anything why it may be delayed so long after interview, do you have amy criminal record or something?

@dsk yay i filed vawa in 2018 approved in 2022. applied i485 in 2022. not a single criminal record. don’t know why its taking long.
