Don't worry, I'm in the same boat. I submitted mine over two years ago and haven't received any update. I recently had an interview, but there's no update online. The best advice is to regularly check your email so you don't miss any notifications.

@sj thanks for the update! my case is also pending for 4 years I received my RFE last year while case was paused. and after more than a year case is still stuck at RFE sent not even acknowledged my RFE. next week I will be current and I am planning on submitting a service request

My PD is July 2021. I submitted my RFE and the update is Response to our RFE was received. I am waiting for final decision for 39 days so far. My case has been pending for 4 years. RW

If your medical RFE response was delivered to the exact USCIS address before the July 24 deadline, do not panic. USCIS case status does not always update to “Response to RFE Was Received,” especially when a response is mailed to a field office. Delivery confirmation is important evidence that you responded on time. Keep copies of the entire RFE response, the RFE notice, mailing receipt, tracking history, and proof showing the delivery date and address. Since more than 60 days have passed, call USCIS again and ask the officer to create or escalate a service request specifically stating that your timely delivered RFE response has not been acknowledged. Also send a secure message through your USCIS online account, if available, and attach the delivery proof. If USCIS does not resolve the issue after the service request, submit a case-assistance request to the CIS Ombudsman and contact your congressional representative. Include the receipt number, A-number, RFE deadline, tracking number, delivery confirmation, and service-request number. Do not send another medical exam unless USCIS or an attorney tells you to, because duplicate sealed medicals can create confusion. If USCIS denies the I-485 for “failure to respond,” immediately speak with an immigration attorney about filing Form I-290B with proof that USCIS received the response before the deadline. The fact that the online status has not changed does not by itself mean that the case was denied.

@Neftalí Fé or anyone here knows why they Responded some cases from PD September and October 22 or and don’t respond 2021? I would like to understand how works, to think maybe Feb 22 my PD will be the next to respond but I don’t know how works, even the same Service Cebter . Last week someone really blessed was approved with Pd October 22🙏🏼, TSC .

@Yevhenii Rusaniuk when you sent the RFE for job offer did you include the evidence such an pay stubs, employer payroll verification or form w-2 attached with job letter or you sent only job letter? do they want evidence or only the letter?

Don’t worry. It seems that’s normal. I sent my evidence 7 months ago, and my case still doesn’t even show that it was received.
